Makeup Trend #1: The “no-makeup look”

Say goodbye to your tweezers! Because with the trendy virgin brows, the motto is: "the more natural, the better." So you don't have to constantly worry about the perfect shape of your eyebrows, but can simply let them grow.

To give your eyebrows some hold, it's best to use a tinted or untinted eyebrow gel and brush your brows into shape with it. Especially in summer, such gels are helpful – they fit in every beach bag!
Make-up Trend #3: Statement lips
In combination with the “no-make-up” look, red lips become a real eye-catcher. It’s completely enough to apply some mascara and very little makeup – then the red lips come into their own and give your natural look that certain extra. Although the eyeliner contradicts the naturalness motto of 2019, it is still very popular. The rule here is: the brighter and more colorful, the better. Make-up Trend #5: Black Kohl
Almost everyone has it somewhere but hardly uses it anymore – the black kohl pencil. A few years ago, it was fully in trend, and in summer 2019 it finally makes a comeback: people who could never completely part with the black color on the lower waterline can rejoice! The black kohl gives the eye a lot of expression – especially with the no-make-up look, a thin kohl line can be a flattering contrast and highlight your eyes.

Glitter highlights have been back in trend since 2018 and will be seen a lot this summer as well. For everyday wear, this trend is probably less suitable and contradicts the naturalness theme of 2019. But a little glitter has never hurt anyone, and for long summer and party nights, it’s an absolute eye-catcher! Glitter in copper and gold tones is recommended for anyone who wants to give their makeup that certain extra touch.
